At our most recent annual general meeting, Uniag Cooperative proudly presented its new employer brand, the result of a collaboration with the renowned HR marketing agency Sept24. This project is part of a concerted effort with Sollio Cooperative Group to promote the agricultural cooperative network as an employer of choice while highlighting the distinctive strengths and characteristics of each cooperative.

As part of this initiative, we conducted an extensive survey among all our employees, covering various sectors such as retail, operations, sales support, administration, and agricultural sales teams. The results revealed an exceptional engagement rate of 91%, demonstrating the vitality, trust, and involvement of our team.

Throughout this process, Uniag Cooperative defined its employee value proposition, emphasizing our flexibility as an employer and the energy of our passionate team. Embodying this spirit, our new employer brand slogan is “My Field of Achievement,” symbolizing our commitment to personal and collective development, where everyone can cultivate meaningful accomplishments.

To embody this vision, ambassadors representing each business sector participated in a photo session. Their faces will shine across various print and digital media, reflecting the authenticity and diversity of our organization.
