Napierville, February 3, 2023 – Sollio & Uniag, the leader in the dairy industry within its territory, is pleased to announce the great success of its two Dairy Days held on January 31 and February 1 in respectively Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka, QC and St-Isidore, ON. More than 100 dairy producers answered the call.
The event, which was held in French in the morning and in English in the afternoon, offered a unique opportunity to discover the latest trends and innovations in the dairy industry thanks to the tips and strategies of the speaker, and master breeder, Ysabel Jacobs. Jacobs Farm it’s 640 kg divided among three farms including a new robotic milking complex. Together, the companies cultivate an area of 870 hectares. Ysabel Jacobs presented the history of the companies and their progress over the past few years.
Participants were able to taste the quality dairy products of the Saint-Albert cheese factory, as well as meeting with Sollio & Uniag consultants from the region.
