Agiska Cooperative, Covris Cooperative & Uniag Cooperative are pleased to invite you to the 14th edition of the Women’s Cooperative Forum, to be held on Tuesday April 9 at the Hôtel Rive Gauche in Beloeil.

Schedule of the day

9:00 am: Arrival and coffee break

10:00 a.m.: Conference by Ms. Maude Farley-Fournier, Senior Director, Innovation and Business Solutions at Sollio Agriculture, “Leadership Féminin dans la Transition vers l’Agriculture Durable”. At the upcoming conference by Ms. Maude Farley-Fournier, Senior Director of Innovation and Business Solutions at Sollio Agriculture, female leadership will be highlighted as a key driver in the transition to sustainable agriculture. With insight, she will underline the crucial importance of women’s role in creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the future of our agriculture.

11:00 a.m.: Workshop on feminine human resources management by Valérie Côté, VEC trainer – Cégep de Victoriaville

12:00 pm: Lunch

1:30 pm: Conference by Rose-Marie Charest, “Learn to assert yourself to get involved effectively”. Women are often reluctant to get involved for fear of not being competent enough. It’s a well-known fact that we demand more of ourselves than men. Yet our immediate environment, our companies and the community would benefit greatly from our involvement and ideas. How can we assert ourselves without disrupting everything? How can we influence direction by taking part in decision-making bodies? How can we act as a network to increase our efficiency and the well-being of all?

3:00 pm: End of forum
