Uniag Cooperative is proud to announce the nomination of Geneviève Peintre to the position of Retail Sector Manager. After five years of excellence at the head of the Napierville hardware store, Geneviève now oversees all seven of the cooperative’s branches.
This appointment is a clear illustration of the organisation’s commitment to developing in-house talent, in line with its employer brand unveiled last year under the slogan ‘My field of achievement’. General Manager Sylvain Boyer is delighted: “We are proud to see Geneviève embody this spirit of achievement, having demonstrated exceptional leadership and in-depth knowledge of our retail operations.
At the same time, Geneviève’s appointment strengthens female representation on Uniag Coopérative’s management team, which now includes six women out of a total of nine directors.
