Our new employer brand theme
At Uniag Cooperative, we firmly believe that our employees are at the heart of our success. To strengthen our employer brand and create a fulfilling work environment, we have implemented a number of strategic initiatives throughout the year. Here is an overview of the key stages in our approach:
1. **All Employee Survey (Summer 2023)**
To understand the needs and expectations of our employees, we launched a comprehensive survey in the summer of 2023. This survey enabled us to gather valuable information and take the pulse of our team, promoting informed decision-making geared towards the well-being of our employees.
2. **Focus groups with Sept24 (Fall 2023)** agency
In autumn 2023, we organised focus groups with Sept24. These sessions included two groups of employees and one group of managers. The aim was to create an open space for exchanging ideas, identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening internal communication within the company. As a result, we were able to highlight 4 pillars that set Uniag apart and represent our values:
3. **Presentation to the Protection Committee and Board of Directors ( Fall/Winter 2023)**
To ensure an inclusive and transparent approach, we presented our employer branding initiatives to the Protection Committee and the Board of Directors. This presentation, carried out between autumn and winter 2023, provided constructive feedback and essential institutional support for the implementation of our projects.
4. **Photo shoot (Winter 2024)**
During the winter of 2024, we organised a photo shooting experience for 15 of our employees from various sectors (retail, administrative, agricultural, operations). Accompanied by a professional make-up artist and hairdresser, our employees had the opportunity to enjoy a fulfilling experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing and celebrating every member of our team.
5. **Information to Employees at the Uniag Summit (February 2024)**
Finally, in February 2024, we used the Uniag Summit to share crucial information with all our employees. This event served as a platform to present our progress, discuss next steps and reaffirm our commitment to developing our employer brand.

We are pleased to present our new visual theme, the result of several weeks of thought and creation. Each sector of our cooperative is proudly represented. We would like to thank our colleagues who have agreed to take part in this adventure, by becoming the emblematic faces of our employer brand.
