🌾 Our Uniag Employer Brand Theme
At Uniag Cooperative, we believe our employees are at the heart of our success.
To strengthen the Uniag employer brand and build a positive work environment, we launched several strategic actions. Here’s an overview of the key steps of My Field of Achievement:
🗳️ 1. Employee Survey – Summer 2023
We conducted a company-wide survey to better understand our team’s needs and expectations.
This helped us make informed decisions focused on employee well-being.
💬 2. Focus Groups with Sept24 – Fall 2023
We held group discussions with employees and directors.
The goal was to share ideas, identify ways to improve, and strengthen internal communication.
These sessions revealed four core values that define who we are and what makes Uniag Cooperative unique as an agricultural cooperative in Quebec and Ontario.
🧩 3. Presentations to the Committee and Board – Fall/Winter 2023
We shared our approach with the protection committee and the board of directors.
This step gave us useful feedback and support to move forward.
📸 4. Employee Photo Shoot – Winter 2024
Fifteen employees from different teams (retail, farming, admin, operations) took part in a professional photo shoot.
They were supported by a makeup artist and hairdresser.
This rewarding experience reflects our commitment to valuing every team member.
🏔️ 5. Launch at the Uniag Summit – February 2024
We introduced the employer brand during the Uniag Summit.
This was a chance to share our progress, explain the next steps, and increase employee engagement at Uniag.
🎨 A Visual Identity That Reflects Us
Our new visual theme celebrates the people and sectors that shape Uniag.
