This annual event brings together specialists from across the network to recognize expertise, professionalism and the support offered to producers.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Expert-advisor of the year<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">In the Expert-advisor of the year \u2013 ruminants category, Uniag had two finalists: Maude T\u00e9trault-Labb\u00e9 and Fran\u00e7ois Jacques. Maude T\u00e9trault-Labb\u00e9 took home the award.<\/p>\r\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14961\" src=\"https:\/\/uniag.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/REC-2026-1-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">On the horticulture side, Ghania Oukaci was a finalist for Expert-advisor of the year.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Awards that confirm the strength of the team<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">Sector workshops also put the spotlight on several Uniag expert-advisors.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">In animal production, Maude T\u00e9trault-Labb\u00e9 won the Synchro award and Ga\u00eblle Thouny received the Goliath award.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"auto\">In crop production, Rami Razzouk earned the 2026 Best Performance award in the Innovative products and Crop protection categories. Marc Rochette won the 2026 Best Performance award in the Fertilizers category.
